RAWALPINDI: New Principal of Rawalpindi Medical College Professor Muhammad Afzal Farooqi has assumed the charge of his responsibilities.
Afzal Farooqi has been posted after the mouse bite case occurred in Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi. The staff members and doctors of allied hospitals welcomed the decision of posting Prof. Afzal Farooqi as Principal RMC and assured their cooperation for improving health delivery system in local hospitals.
They hailed the decision of Chief Minister Punjab Mr. Muhammad Shahbaz Shraif for posting Prof. Afzal Farooqi as Principal RMC and demanded that strict action should be taken against the officials involved in criminal negligence of the incident of Holy Family Hospital.
