Last date for submission of applications is September 17, 2012.Prospectus along with admission forms of all degree programs can be taken from Aug 15 by paying Rs. 400 from the suggested banks.Faculty of agriculture is offering admission in BSc (Hons) Agriculture BSc (Hons) Arvmal Soence Institute of Food Science & Nutrition, BSc (Hons) Food Soence & Technology, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences & Law Department of Communication Studies ,MA Mass Communication, BS Mass Communication Department of Education, MA Education ,MS Ed, Med, BS Education, Bed, MA English BS English Department of Fine Arts MA Fine Arts BS (Fine Arts) Bacheors in Textile Design Department of History & Pakistan Studies MA Pakistan Studies MAHis-^ry BS History Department of IR & Political Science MA international Relations MA Pottical Science Department of Law LL.8 (5-Year) LL.B (3-Year) Department of Library & Information Sciences MA Library & Information Sciences) BS Library 4 Information Sconces Department of Psychology PGD.MSc Psychology BS Psychology Department of Social Work MA Social Work BS Social Work Department of Sociology MSc Sociology BS Sociology Department of Sports Sciences MSc Physical Educabon (Departmental Tost is Compulsory only for adrntssion to M Sc Physical Education).A separate admission notice will be published for M8BS, DPT and Pharm D admissions.The Academic Council of the University of Sargodha, at its meeting held on April 30, 2009, after considering the recommendations of the Chairpersons/Principals/Directors of the University Teaching Departments/Constituent Colleges/Institutes, Deans of the Faculties and Admission Committee, proposed the under mentioned regulations for admission to all Undergraduate (4-year BS/BCom, 5-Year PharmD/LLB (Hons), etc), Graduate (2-year MA/MSc/MCom/MBA etc) classes of the University Teaching Departments/Constituent Colleges/Institutes. These Regulations were approved by the Syndicate at its meeting held on May 4, 2009. The same were revised in July 2010 and July, 2011 after the approval from the competent authority.Undergraduate and Graduate Programs Admission shall be made on the basis of the Basic Criteria and Additional Criteria, if any, of the individual Department. Basic Criteria for Graduate Programs is that admission shall be calculated on the basis of terminal degree i.e. BA/BSc/BS etc. Additional 20 marks for Hafiz-e-Qur’an to be included wherever applicable. Basic Criteria for Undergraduate Programs for admission is that it would be calculated on the basis of terminal degree i.e. FA/FSC or equivalent etc.Additional marks, wherever applicable, for any particular subject will be counted only if the said subject was taken as an elective subject.
