LAYYAH (Dunya News) - A woman allegedly killed her father-in-law over a petty dispute in Layyah's Kot Sultan area, police said on Sunday.
A police team found the body of Faqeer Muhammad from his residential property after suspect Sobia Yousaf admitted to killing her father-in-law on June 21 and burying his body in a portion of the house. Police said Sobia's husband Zahid Hussain worked in Lahore.
The complainant, Mujahid Hussain, told police that his father had been missing for the last 10 days. Sobia disclosed the murder after being interrogated by other family members.
The body was shifted for autopsy and a case registered against Sobia.
