ASI shot dead in Sahiwal

SAHIWAL (Dunya News) - An assistant sub-inspector (ASI) was shot dead by unidentified assailants on Monday in Harappa area of the district.

According to details, ASI Fareed was heading towards his destination in an area of Harappa when unknown men opened fire and critically injured Fareed, who succumbed to his wounds.

According to initial investigation by police, ASI was shot dead by his relative; however, police officials said that further details about the murder will be revealed in detailed investigations.
