SOUTH WAZIRISTAN (Daily Dunya) – At least six abducted employees of an oil and gas reservoir company were recovered from South Waziristan near Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

According to political agent Zafarul Islam, the workers were kidnapped by Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Sajna group from Dera Ismail Khan and Zhob last year after which case was also launched for investigation.

However, the kidnappers released them as a good will gesture and also due to the efforts of tribal elders near Angoor.

Moreover, the victims were sent to the home in strict security after thorough investigation from them.
