KARACHI (Dunya News) - The Federal Shariat Court on Monday commuted to life imprisonment the death sentence awarded by a session court to a rape and murder convict.
Three-member bench comprising of Chief Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan, Justice Allama Fida Muhammad Khan and Mrs Justice Ashraf Jahan conducted hearing over the rape and murder case of an eight-year-old girl.
