FAISALABAD (Dunya news) – At least two people were mercilessly gunned down over old enmity in Faisalabad’s Karimnagar area today (Wednesday).
The incident took place when some miscreants opened indiscriminate firing in the house of Sajjid, killing him and his wife Irshad bibi on the spot.
Arriving at the scene, police shifted bodies to Allied Hospital for postmortem. Investigation officer declared the mishap as a result of old animosity as Irshad bibi was having third marriage with Sajjid.
The deceased was a rickshaw driver while his family is still unable to identify the cause behind the murder.
Moreover, investigation into the matter has been launched.
