RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) of Rawalpindi on Tuesday sentenced five convicts to life imprisonment twice in kidnapping for ransom case.
The verdict was announced by ATC judge Asif Majeed Awan.
The court also ordered to confiscate movable and immovable property of the convicts.
The convicts Talat Mehmood, Sohail Altaf, Ali Raza, Adnan and Haroon kidnapped 18-year-old Nadeem Afzaal from Wah Cantonment area and demanded Rs4 crore from his parents in ransom.
