ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Local court in Islamabad on Saturday has acquitted two suspects involved in killing youth over love marriage.
According to details, Additional session judge Rakshanda Shaheen heard the case during which the investigation officers told the court that suspects Alif Khan and Sheen Khan killed Wahab Khan for over love marriage.
They stated that the criminals have also abducted deceased’s wife and two children.
On the other hand, suspects’ lawyer said that no factual evidence and statements have been made into the matter, therefore, the detainees should be released.
Subsequently, the court released the culprits due to contradiction in victim’s eyewitnesses.
