KARACHI (Dunya News) – An inquiry report of corrupt police officers involved in several heinous crimes has been prepared today (Thursday).

Karachi police chief Mushtaq Mehar prepared the report according to which, officers adorning plain suit go to different streets in metropolis on official vehicle and illegally kidnap the locals for ransom.

The report also shows that counter-terrorism force officers take political parties’ workers into custody and demand money for their bail.

As many as 47 security personnel have been identified in the report.

The statements of victims have also been recorded while the witnesses have also verified the charges against cops.

An affectee identified as Naseer Ahmed told the officers that he was abducted by policemen and was released after taking Rs 50,000 while another sufferer Asif Aziz added that security officials take bribe and extortion money after kidnapping natives.
