BAHAWALPUR (Dunya News) – A woman in Bahawalpur’s area of Marwat on Sunday threw acid on her husband’s face following a domestic dispute.
The woman named Rukhsana fell into a brawl with her husband Muhammad Zubair last night.
The family settled their quarrel but Rukhsana’s anger didn’t died as a result of which she poured acid on her husband while he was sleeping.
The attack badly scorched the face of the husband who was shifted to Bahawal Victoria hospital in critical condition.
Doctors say that the acid has affected 15 percent part of his body and face.
Local police arrested the wife and have initiated investigation.
