KHAIRPUR (Dunya News) – Four dacoits who were busy in looting passengers of public transport vehicles on National Highway were arrested in injured condition early Sunday morning after a clash with the police.
According to the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Khairpur, police patrolling the area reached the crime scene as the felons were busy in looting. Seeing the police, the suspects opened fire on them. Three of the suspects managed to escape.
Two grenades, three Kalashnikovs and bullets were recovered from the arrested criminals.
SSP Khairpur further informed that the suspects were wanted by the police for similar cases throughout Sindh.
