Summary Court reserved decision on bail plea of Shahjehan PPP MNA Shahjehan Baloch.
KARACHI (Online) - Anti Terrorism Court has given physical remand of Javed Baloch former SHO Baghdadi Police Station to police for 7 days who is arrested being allegedly involved in Arshad Pappu murder case.
The court was headed over by Judge Khalida Yasmin. Javed Baloch was produced in ATC by police under strict security measures on Monday.
The police requested the court to grant 7-day physical remand in respect of Javed Baloch for investigation.
The court granted the request of police.
The court reserved decision on the bail plea of Shahjehan Baloch, MNA from PPP who is also arrested in this murder case.
The decision will be announced on October, 7.
The accused Javed Baloch was arrested two days before from Lyari and his arrest was shown formally during a press conference on Sunday.
He is charged with kidnapping Arhsad Pappu along with his other accomplices from defence, bringing the latter in police mobile and handing over him to Gang war in Lyari.
Additional IG Karachi Shahid Hayat had dismissed SHO Javed Baloch from service.
