Sri Lanka name squad for Test series against Australia

The first Test of three-match series between Sri Lanka and Australia will begin at Galle from August 31. Sri Lanka has named 16-member squad for Test series which also included two uncapped players Shaminda Eranga and Seekkuge Prasanna but there was no room for Thisara Perera.Also missing from the group that toured England was Dilhara Fernando, Farveez Maharoof and the batsman Dinesh Chandimal.Angelo Mathews is back in the Test squad, while there was also a spot for the opener Lahiru Thirimanne, who replaced the injured captain Tillakaratne Dilshan in the third Test in England.
