ABU DHABI (AFP) - Sri Lanka fought back during the second session to reach 143-3 at tea on the opening day of the first Test against Pakistan in Abu Dhabi on Thursday.

Opener Dimuth Karunaratne was unbeaten on 81 with skipper Dinesh Chandimal on 32 not out as the pair added 82 for the unbroken fourth-wicket stand.
