Summary Existing broadcasting company refused to come to Pakistan for Lahore final

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The international broadcaster which was covering the Pakistan Super League (PSL) second edition in UAE refused to visit Lahore for the final match. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) reached an agreement with Dubai-based broadcasting company on Tuesday.

Earlier, the foreign commentators refused to come to Pakistan for PSL Lahore final. Renowned commentators including Ian Bishop, Danny Morrison, Alan Wilkins and Mel Jones will not be a part of the cricketing venture at Gadaffi Stadium.

PCB is currently in search for cricket commentators who will cover the final match of PSL in Lahore.

Hong Kong-based production company had refused to come to Lahore. Also, a British broadcaster wasn’t sure of the security situation for PSL final.

On the other hand, all teams expressed mixed emotions for the final. The whole squad of Peshawar Zalmi is ready to visit Lahore. Other teams are yet to decide about playing squads for PSL Lahore final.
