Most of the highly ranked officials who hold important ranks have still not submitted their educational degrees which is considered as a proof of being literate.
One of these officials includes, Usman Wahla who is the director of International Cricket. Prior to PCB, the de facto DIC was a Polo commentator. He made his way into the PCB media cell afterwards before getting blessed with this all important rank.
He has been in PCB for four years. During a meeting of governing board in June, he was given a huge ultimatum of six months because of his significance in the board. But he still failed to submit his degree even though he faced a lot of criticism.
Meanwhile, the future of Usman Wahla is to be decided by PCB session which will take place on December 30.
