Summary Controversial venue of Dharamsala must be changed in order to clear security concerns: PCB
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Security team expressed concerns regarding Dharamsala venue on Tuesday, while Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) stated that controversial venue must be changed, Pakistan will not send the cricket team otherwise, reported Dunya News.
In the wake of security concerns submitted by Pakistan security team in Dharamsala, PCB has stopped Pakistan cricket team to depart for India. Team s departure was scheduled for tomorrow. To avoid more delay, the venue can be changed to another city.
Once again, PCB has taken a firm stance and stated that Pakistan cricket team will not be sent to World T20 unless approved by the government. As PCB Chairman Shahryar Khan himself has experienced the not-so-welcoming gestures from the Indian Board, he never wants his players to go through the same situation.
