Gas crisis: Industrialists' demo in front of PM House on 7th

The decision was taken at a meeting at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Eleven chambers of the province attended the session that decided to hold a protest in front of the Prime Minister’s House on Jan 07.Talking to the media, LCCI President Irfan Qaisar Sheikh said the industry is shutting down owing to non-availability of gas. He said over 150 million labourers and workers in Punjab are facing starvation due to job loss, while industrialists have become bankrupt.He also threatened a civil disobedience movement if the demands were not met.
