Summary Cement sale in local market has increased, however its export has decrease.
According to a report, the sale of cement surged by 3.5 percent during the first five months of the current fiscal year and 12.27 million tonnes of cement was sold. Export of cement recorded a decrease of 4 percent during the same period.Cement sale decreased in November 2011 by 5 percent as compared with same period of last year.
