Summary Gold price in local market reached unprecedented Rs 49,700 per tola following international trend.
Sindh Jewellers Association President Haji Haroon Chand said 10-gram price increased by Rs 429, while tola price registered record increased by Rs 500. This closed gold price at Rs 49,700 a tola.
