Summary The prices of daily-use items surged by 17 percent during the last week of June.
According to the Federal Bureau of Statist, prices of flour, sugar, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, eggs, chicken, clothes, electricity and wood increased during the week.According to a FBS report, price of 24 daily use items rose up and of 6 declined, while 23 remained unchanged. The prices of red chillies and ghee increased by 42 percent as compared to the corresponding period of last year.
