Summary Pakistan foreign exchange reserves are above $ 17 billion, says spokesperson of the ministry.
He said that remittances to Pakistan have reached $11.2 billion, adding that there was no reason to increase dollar exchange rate.According to sources, Finance ministry has rejected the proposal to impose 0.3 percent withholding tax on drawing cash by using ATM. It has been decided that in upcoming budget, income tax limit will be fixed at Rs 300,000 per annum.
