Summary Urea price has been increased by Rs 70 per 50/kg sack due to gas shortage in the country.
After the shortage of gas supply by the Sui Southern Gas Pipeline Limited, a urea company has increased the price of the commodity by Rs 70 per sack including sales tax of Rs 10.After the increase, urea sack of 50 kg will be sold at Rs 1,225. The new price will be applicable from April 15.
