Summary Faisalabad Textile Industry is observing a strike against the imposition of flood and sales taxes.
On the call of the All Pakistan Textile Sizing Industry, the sizing industry is observing the strike on the second day on Monday, as a result, 100 textile industries remained closed and the supply of raw material to power looms has come to a grinding halt.The power looms and textile industry owners have also shut their industries. The industrialists are protesting against the imposition of flood tax and income tax.According to Pakistan Textile Sizing Industry Chairman Shakil Ensari, factories would remain close till the withdrawal of the taxes.
