Summary Pakistan trade deficit remained at 17.40 billion dollars during the first 8 months of the 2010-11.
According to a report issued by State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), during the eight months of the year, the trade deficit has decreased by 5.27 percent as compared to the same period of the last year. During the February, import volume remained at 15.45 billion dollars and import volume remained at 22.61 billion dollars. According to the report trade deficit remained at 720.50 million dollars.
