Summary Karachi Stock Market witnessed dull activity this week due to political uncertainty in the country.
In spite of approval of margin trading laws, investors showed little interest in the stock market this week due to escalating tensions between PML-N and PPP over the future of Punjab Cabinet. At the end of the week, KSE closed at 11,224 points with a decrease of 217 points.Business volume was also remained lower during the initial days, however, more buying was seen on the last day due to decrease in shares prices. Overall business volume remained 49 crore shares.
