Federal Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira said that the government has allowed import of 5-year-old vehicles. He said that POL prices would be fixed as per the proposals of the Parliamentary Committee. Briefing the media about the meeting of Federal Cabinet, Kaira said that 5-year-old vehicles would be imported in an effort to create the environment of competition in the country and this way, prices of vehicles would be decreased. He said that it was decided in the meeting that collective policy on financial issued should be formulated. He told that the PM directed to solve the issue of salaries of employees of those ministries shifted to provinces. He said that the PM and the President have consulted each other the issue of reshuffling the Federal Cabinet.
