KSE witnessed mixed trend on Friday as 100-Index closed above 12,300 points level. Business activity started with positive note, however, up and down was seen in shares trading. At the end of first session, KSE recorded increase of 18 points. At the end of the day, KSE closed at 12,389 points with an increase of 65 points.
