Prices of food items have seen worldwide record increase while sugar and meat prices remain prominent in price hike. United Nations is of the view that prices in the current year are more than last year rates. It is important to note here that clashes were erupted in Haiti and Egypt over price hike. According to Food and Agricultural Organization, 55 food items prices reached at 214 points level.
