KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE) saw a rise of 2000 points during the last week as the stock exchange crossed 45,000 points for the first time, reported Dunya News.
According to the PSE weekly report, the share market closed at record 45,387 points at the end of this business week.
Brokers said that it was for the first time that the total volume of the shares had crossed 9000 billion rupees. The investors displayed great interest in cement, oil and banking sectors.
PSE has seen an increase of 38% since the start of this year and it is considered one of the best share markets in the region.
