Pakistani importers have made agreement with India to purchase 25,000 cotton bales and the cotton will reach Pakistan in October through Wahgah Border. Pakistan Ginners Association member Ahsanul Haq told Dunya News that the cotton has been purchased at the rates of 78 cents per pound. He said that cotton price in Pakistan decreased by Rs 400. Cotton price in Punjab decreased to Rs 6,100 per maund while its price in Sindh is Rs 5,900. Cotton price has been decreased by Rs 1200 during last week.
