The Karachi Stock Market witnessed a rising trend during the last trading week. The KSE-100 index closed up by 273 points.The investors maintained cautious stance on the first two days of the trading week, the index declined by 122 points.However during the last three days of the trading week, trading activity improved mainly due to the news of loan from World Bank besides increase in the level of foreign exchange reserves thus consequently the KSE-100 index witnessed a cumulative increase of 399 points.
