As many as 2,200 cotton bales have been imported to Pakistan through Wagah border in a week on Thursday. Pakistan Cotton Ginners Association member Ehsanul Haq, while talking to Dunya News said that so far Pakistan has imported as many as 2200 bales of cotton from India within a week. A big textile group has also ordered another 6,000 bales, which would likely to reach Pakistan in some days.
