An exhibition of garments and textile technology began in Karachi. More than 300 companies from 29 countries are taking part in the exhibition. The exhibition was inaugurated by Provincial Minister for Trade and Commerce Rauf Sadiqui.Addressing the participants, Rauf said that the government is primarily responsible for providing feasible environment to investors; however he added that the textile sector should also play their role. The textile and garment sector should adopt latest management rules in order to enhance performance. He hoped that the exhibition would play a central role in order to achieve the goal of enhanced performance.
