Pakistan's foreign exchange reserves increased by $1.06 billion to cross $15 billion mark in one week. According to State Bank of Pakistan spokesman Syed Waseem ud Din, countrys forex reserves reached at $15.06 billion, up by 7.6 percent during the week that ended on January 2, 2010. Reserves of SBP surged to $11.27 billion, up $979.3 million while reserves of commercial banks reached at $3.75 billion, up $84 million.
