Bulgarias 12-month inflation rate jumped to 4.9 percent in September from 3.9 percent in August on sharply increasing food and fuel prices, the national statistical institute said Friday.On a month-on-month basis, the consumer price index (CPI) in non-eurozone Bulgaria rose by 1.1 percent in September after a 0.5-percent rise in August.Using the European Unions harmonised index of consumer prices (HICP), the European Central Banks inflation yardstick, 12-month inflation was 3.4 percent in September, up from 3.1 percent the previous month.
