Google Meet down for about 16,000 users, Downdetector shows

(Reuters) - Alphabet's Google Meet was down for thousands of users in the US on Monday, according to tracking website Downdetector.com.

The video-communication service was down for nearly 16,000 users as of 1.57 p.m. ET, according to the website, which tracks outages by collating status reports from multiple sources.
