KYRGYZSTAN (Dunya News) - President Asif Ali Zardari has arrived in the Kyrgyz Republic on a four-day official visit.

Upon his arrival at Issyk-Kul International Airport, he was received by President Sadyr Japarov.

A guard of honour was also presented to President Asif Ali Zardari.

President Asif Ali Zardari is the first President of Pakistan to visit the Kyrgyz Republic since historic visit of Benazir Bhutto Shaheed to Kyrgyzstan in 1995.

During the visit, President Asif Ali Zardari and President Sadyr Japarov will review the entire spectrum of bilateral relations and explore ways to further enhance mutual cooperation.

The two leaders will discuss cooperation in trade, investment, energy, minerals, agriculture, education, health, tourism, the digital economy, and the promotion of people-to-people contacts.

They will also exchange views on strengthening the long-standing brotherly ties between Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as enhancing regional cooperation.
