ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Heavy rain accompanied by strong winds in Khanpur Hazara and surrounding areas brought relief from intense heat, making the weather pleasant and significantly lowering temperatures.
Rainfall with strong winds was also reported in areas around the federal capital, including Tramri, Chatta Bakhtawar and New Mal, providing temporary relief to residents from the hot weather.
Meanwhile, dark clouds covered Khanpur Hazara, Khanpur and nearby areas, followed by strong winds and heavy downpours.
The rain broke the intensity of the heat; however, water accumulated in low-lying areas at several locations, causing difficulties for commuters. Relevant departments are monitoring the situation and taking necessary measures.
