ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Cold and dry weather is expected to prevail across most parts of the country, while very cold conditions are likely in hilly areas, according to the latest weather outlook.

Dense to moderate fog is expected to continue in the plains of Punjab, upper Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which may disrupt road traffic during night and morning hours. In Potohar region and parts of Kashmir, light fog or mist may form at a few locations in the early morning.

Islamabad is likely to experience cold and dry weather, with the possibility of fog during the night and early morning hours.

Most districts of Punjab will remain cold and dry, while Murree, Galiyat, and surrounding areas are expected to face severe cold conditions. Moderate to dense fog is likely in several districts, including Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and other central and southern parts of the province.

In Sindh, cold and dry weather will dominate most districts, with moderate to dense fog expected in Sukkur, Rohri, Larkana, Dadu, Kashmore, and nearby areas.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will also experience cold and dry conditions, with very cold weather in mountainous regions. Fog is likely in Peshawar, Mardan, Nowshera, Swabi, Dera Ismail Khan, and adjoining areas.

Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir are expected to remain extremely cold and dry, with chances of morning mist at isolated locations in Kashmir.
