ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The United Kingdom's Minister of State for International Development Baroness Jenny Chapman called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar in Islamabad on Wednesday.
During the meeting, they discussed cooperation in key areas of mutual interest.
The Deputy Prime Minister highlighted the important role of Pakistani-British community, which serves as a vital bridge between the two nations.
The two sides also exchanged views on regional and international developments, including ongoing international peace efforts related to Gaza.

Meanwhile, UAE Ambassador Salem Mohammed Salem Al Bawab Al Zaabi paid a courtesy call on Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad.
Ishaq Dar extended warm felicitations on the 54th Eid Al Etihad of the UAE, reaffirming the historic fraternal ties and strategic partnership between Pakistan and the UAE, which continue to grow across all domains.
