Talking about the local government systems, Attaullah Tarar said that unless the lowest tier of local government is empowered, it is not possible to bring change in governance.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar said on Sunday that youths had played a significant role in the creation of Pakistan and there was no doubt that they were future of the country.
Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad, Attaullah Tarar said that the government wants to introduce a uniform education system in the country and added that in today’s era, technology plays a very important role.
Attaullah Tarar said that Pakistan’s future is in the hands of the younger generation. We will try to improve things based on your feedback. We have tried to introduce reforms through a digital system where human interaction is minimized, he said.
He said that when we talk about reforms in governance, technology has also played a very important role in that. The Federal Board of Revenue is an institution whose job is to collect taxes.
