KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistani actor and model Imran Abbas has revealed that he has stepped away from television acting over the past two to three years and is now focusing on real estate and construction projects in Islamabad.
The actor recently appeared via telephone on a private television programme hosted by Mishi Khan, where he explained why he had distanced himself from television dramas.
During the conversation, Imran Abbas said he was no longer acting and had stopped working in television dramas two to three years ago.
He said he was now involved in the real estate business and, being an architect himself, had started construction work in Islamabad.
The actor revealed that he was building a tower near Islamabad International Airport, which was expected to be completed in approximately two and a half years.
Imran Abbas also said he was involved in charitable activities. He explained that since his parents were no longer alive and he had no children of his own, he wanted to undertake work that would benefit others and earn him rewards in the hereafter.
