KARACHI (Dunya News) - An alleged robber was killed at the hands of a citizen during a robbery attempt in a Chowrangi area, near Jinnah Ground here on Thursday, Dunya News reported.
The suspected bandit has been identified as Adil. His body was sent to hospital for medicolegal procedures. According to police, two persons were going on a car when two suspects riding a bike intercepted their car to plunder valuables and cash from them.
One of the car riders opened fire. As a result of this fire, a robber was killed, whereas his accomplice escaped. A pistol and other things have been seized from the dead suspect. Police were investigating, with a search operation to apprehend the fleeing suspect.
