KARACHI (Dunya) – Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Thursday after large gains over the previous three trading sessions.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APGJSA), the price of 24-carat gold per tola dropped by Rs2,300 to Rs452,936.
The price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold also decreased by Rs2,070, settling at Rs387,615.
Silver prices followed a similar trend, with the price per tola falling by Rs144 to Rs7,359.
The decline in domestic prices came amid weakness in the international market, where gold lost $23 per ounce to trade at $4,305.
