Rupee appreciation likely to push down petroleum products’ prices
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Amid gradual surge in the value of rupee, oil production cost of oil companies has decreased due to which the prices of petroleum products are likely to fall.
According to sources, the price of diesel is likely to decrease by Rs9.17 and the price of petrol by Rs11.98.
The price of kerosene may also decrease by Rs5.58.

The government will take the final decision to reduce the prices of petroleum products on Sept 30.
