ST. PETERSBURG (Dunya News) - Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has arrived in St. Petersburg, where he is scheduled to hold an important meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to Iran’s state news agency Islamic Republic News Agency, Araghchi’s aircraft departed with the call sign “Minab 168,” a name chosen in memory of children martyred in a US and Israeli attack on a primary school in the city of Minab on February 28.
The visit is being viewed as a significant diplomatic development, with discussions expected to focus on bilateral relations between Iran and Russia, as well as the evolving regional situation.
