Summary A French Mirage and Saudi F-15 collided in Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia without causing casualties.
A Mirage aircraft of the French Air force had a collision with an F15 aircraft of the Saudi Royal Air Force during a joint maneuver in Tabuk province on Saturday, the Saudi Press Agency reported.Pilots of both planes parachuted safely to the ground, said the report, quoting a statement issued by the Defense Ministry.Saturdays crash was the second for the Royal Saudi Air Force in the northwestern province in less than a month.An SPA report last December 22 said an air force Hawk jet on a training mission in Tabuk crashed after it collided with a bird.The collision led to a malfunction in one of the jets engines, forcing the pilot to eject from the aircraft, said the report.
