Two policewomen were dead, after a bombing attack in Afghanistan on Thursday that targeted the female officers.According to a hospital official, three people were killed, and 10 others wounded in the attack.The vehicle carrying six policewomen was making its way to Herat airport, when a remote-controlled roadside bomb went off. Nobody has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.Violence across Afghanistan in 2010 reached its worst levels since the Taliban were toppled by US-backed Afghan forces in late 2001, and 2011 has followed a similar trend.
